Metalpmorphose and Stress do historical show

Two classic Brazilian Metal bands will play a historical gig at the Canecão, in Rio de Janeiro, on 31st July.

According to Leon, from Metalmorphose and Apokalyptic Raids: "Just like most of you know, Stress, from Belém-PA, moved to Rio de Janeiro where they recorded what was recognized as the first authentic Heavy Metal album in the country, in '82. Two years later, Metalmorphose followed the path releasing, with Dorsal Atlântica, Ultimatum, more or less at the same time as Vulcano and Karisma were showing their wings too. Canecão has always hosted by MPB artists and events by the Rede Globo roster. Now we got this date and I hope all metalheads see the importance of it and attend the event so we can make our local scene stronger than ever!"
